IPNOT PICTURE OF THE DAY December 7th 2016: Back Home After 13 Years

Our daily picture for Wednesday December 7th shows the released political prisoner Abdullah Ahed ‘Anbas(39) being interviewed in Tulkarem during a welcoming party for him.

‘Anbas, member of Fatah, was released by the Israeli occupation after almost 13 years imprisonment, at least the last part of it in the Negev desert.

Abdullah ‘Anbas, apparently then a member of al-Quds Martyrs’ Brigade, had been detained by Israel’s occupation forces on December 8th 2003 and he was released on Tuesday December 6th.
