Of the four political prisoners currently on hunger-strike, Ammar Hmour(27) has been on hunger-strike since November 21st over his imprisonment without charge or trial by Israeli occupation since February 21st this year.
He not only refuses to take food, but also his medication for blood pressure and other ailments.
Israeli occupation has been moving Hmour around from prison to prison; currently he is being held in a prison in the ethnically cleansed coastal town of Ashkelon near besieged Gaza Strip.
Our daily picture shows a solidarity demonstration held for him in the village of Jaba near the town of Jenin on the occupied West Bank, on Wednesday December 13th 2016.
We are not totally sure if Jaba is Hmour’s home village – there is some discrepancy in sources over this.
