ISRAELI OCCUPATION ARRESTS 83 PEOPLE IN THE OCCUPIED TERRITORIES EARLY ON SUNDAY

Before dawn on Sunday August 26th Israel’s occupation forces arrested 68 day labourers in the occupied West Bank, near Hebron, for trying to enter occupied East Jerusalem for work without permits from the Israeli occupation.
 
One of the labourers, a 20-year-old man from the town of Yatta, suffered injuries when he fell while being chased by Israeli occupation forces. Among the labourers seeking work for a day were people as old as 60.
 
In night raids early on Sunday Israel’s occupation forces also arrested 11 people from the occupied West Bank, including 3 former political prisoners from the small town of Beit Ummar in the Hebron district, and 4 from the occupied East Jerusalem.
